We hear about goals all the time and those that are truly successful set and keep goals. We wanted to help you with your goals, so here is what we have for you.  As you know when you set a goal and keep it for 30 days it becomes a habit.  So to help you make your habits a reality we have created this goal tracker. Each day has four squares to color in when your goals are complete.  To be truly healthy there are four areas to health they are physical, emotional mental and spiritual.  When you create a habit in each of these areas your health will increase by leaps and bounds. We know when you create habits using this chart it will make changes in your life and we would love to hear what you are doing to better your self leave a comment below.

Neutral Salad

1 cup Dense Cabbage Carrot Slaw

1 cup Vegetables, raw

1 cup Vegetables, cooked

1 tablespoon to 1 cup Dressing, hot or cold (soup, sauce, gravy)

1 cup Vegetables, baked, broiled, grilled, steamed, sautéed & etc…
