Each day has four squares to color in when your goals are complete. To be truly healthy there are four areas to health they are physical, emotional mental and spiritual. When you create a habit in each of these areas your health will increase by leaps and bounds. After years of struggling with diabetes, excess weight, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, leg pain and breathing problems, I had given up hope of ever feeling good again. In fact, on many occasions I would say, I am throwing in the towel, I have no desire to be in this pain and I want to just end it.
